All bookings with Zeen Makeup are confirmed only after advance payment. Booking dates are subject to availability and will be blocked only after confirmation.
Advance payments are mandatory to secure your appointment. Once paid, the advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of advance payment.
Clients are requested to be on time. Any delay may affect the final look and additional charges may apply for extended service hours.
Zeen Makeup is not responsible for skin reactions due to allergies or pre-existing skin conditions. Please inform us in advance about any sensitivities.
We use professional and branded makeup products. However, specific brands or products cannot be guaranteed unless discussed prior to booking.
Zeen Makeup reserves the right to use client images or videos for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless stated otherwise by the client.
Travel and accommodation charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the client and will be discussed before final confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed during booking and will not change afterward.
